About the Project Giving Guide

Why do we have it?

Frequently, supporters of Christian Reformed World Missions ask for specific needs of missionaries and fields so they can specifically designate their gift.  The Project Giving Guide highlights specific projects for which funds are needed.

What are the benefits of using it?

This Project Giving Guide is an opportunity to get involved in a very personal way.  About half of World Missions' annual budget is funded by Christian Reformed Church member ministry shares. The other half comes from individual gifts, special church offerings, and gifts from Sunday schools, church fellowship groups, youth groups, Christian school classes, or other groups who raise money as projects.

If you would like to support a project, make your check payable to Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM) and send it to the appropriate address. Please clearly designate which project(s) you are supporting. If your project has already been funded, we will contact you so you can redesignate or cancel your gift. Please be very specific in your correspondence so we know exactly what to do with your gift.

Budgets for World Missions are set in U.S. dollars. Our fields operate in the international market, for which the U.S. dollar is the standard currency.

How to get it?

There are several: download the Project Giving Guide here or have it mailed to you by contacting Development Staff.

Are any of the projects online?

Yes, you can learn more about some of the project online. On the Project pages you'll find more information as well as a few pictures. In the future more projects will be available online as well.
