As Christians, we are blessed to have a special role in witnessing the good news of Christ throughout the world!

The Christ we proclaim is not only the one in whom we have our salvation, but is also one who challenged the status quo, who walked among the most despised and neglected members of society, who spoke shocking things about love, peace and forgiveness. 

In Christ, God entered into our story, one filled with sin and brokenness, and said, “follow me.”

Your denominational OSJ hopes to help you follow, even if just a little, by highlighting people, places, and issues that need your compassion, then helping you to take transformative justice actions. 

Whether you are a pastor, a young person, a group leader, or just a caring person in the pews, we believe that you – yes, YOU! – are able and uniquely called by God to do justice.
