Hiring an STM

How does a church hire an STM?

Thrive assists churches in the hiring process by informing them of the STMs that are available at the time, and providing contact information. The leadership of the church is then free to make contact with the named STMs in order to arrange interviews for the open position. Once the church and the STM have agreed to work with one another they are free to negotiate a contract together, using the resources below. Before the contract is signed the council chair alerts Thrive staff so that a meeting can be scheduled to address final concerns and to emphasize key elements of the contract.
