The Faith Practices Project, hosted by Thrive in collaboration with other CRC ministries, invites you and your church to take a dive into transformational Christian practices (also called “spiritual disciplines”).
Starting in September 2020, each month Thrive will release a set of resources on a particular faith practice. When each set of resources is ready, a link will go live on the project landing page (crcna.org/FaithPractices).
We hope these resources will provide new insights for how to engage with God and open ourselves to God’s work in our hearts.
Tools for You to Use
- Are you a paper person? Check out our companion resource: Faith Practices: Holy Habits that Help Us Love God and Our Neighbor, Listen to the Spirit, and Become More Like Jesus. This resource explores the 12 practices included in the online Faith Practices Project with space for journaling reflections and note-taking. It’s a great resource for individuals or small groups who want to explore new ways to meet God.
- Share the Faith Practices website (crcna.org/FaithPractices) with your church in a “Minute for Mission” announcement. Invite people to visit the site and check out the resources available there.
- Share weekly Faith Practice Reflection Tips in your church bulletin, via email, on your church website, or on social media.
- Plan a worship series on a faith practice using our Worship Resources.
