Welcome Our New Leaders

Sebastian Maldonado and Jeremiah Bašurić have been appointed to share the position of senior leader for Intercultural Ministry in Canada.

Across Canada, there is a growing interest in becoming a healthy intercultural church as ethnic & racial diversity becomes a fundamental reality. According to Statistics Canada (2022), projections indicate that by 2041, one out of two Canadians will be a BIPoC.  This ministry helps the church respond to this context.

Intercultural Ministries is made up of a national committee and a Senior Leader of Intercultural Ministry.  Each uses their gifts and strengths to help the church to become a place of belonging for people of all backgrounds.
