Executive Survey
View the Executive survey, which is an abbreviated version of the Comprehensive survey. The Executive survey was developed to help church leadership get a quick snapshot of the health of the congregation. It uses the same eleven health indicators as the Comprehensive survey, but has fewer questions. The Executive survey can even be used by classes in a classis-wide church visiting program.
