Important Notes:

• Crossing the border? You’ll need to have a valid passport.
• Please DO NOT make any travel/flight arrangements until you have fully registered and paid for the conference.
• Limited travel grants are available - during the registration process, you will indicate your interest in a travel grant and additional information will be sent by email.
• A flight quote, itinerary, or “proof of mileage” is required to receive a travel grant. 
• If you choose to rent a car in Albuquerque, that’ll be your personal expense.
• Additional travel information will be sent after registration is received.

If you’ll be driving to the conference, we request that you carpool whenever possible. We can connect you with pastors in your area who are attending the conference if necessary. If you’re driving less than 200 miles (or 300 kms) one way, grants are not available.

If you’re driving more than 200 miles (or 300 kms) one way, limited grants are available for a portion of the cost - based on the current CRCNA travel/mileage policy. If you’re driving this far, please check the travel policy information for all the details.

If you’re flying (or taking another mode of transportation such as train) to the conference, grants are available for a portion of your cost, if needed.
