The event will be held October 28-30, 2024 at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. 

The cost of your hotel room for October 28 & 29 is included in the registration fee. Rooms are spacious two-room suites that overlook the falls, have two queen-sized beds and a living room that features a sofa bed, wet bar with microwave and mini-refrigerator. Additional hotel amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Also included are complementary wi-fi, an evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks, and a free made-to-order buffet breakfast.

If you’d like to share a room with a friend, please note that person’s name when you register and have that person note your name on their registration form. If you don’t know anyone else who’s going, we’ll find a roommate for you. 

Please note that we can’t change your roommate when you arrive at the hotel, at that point, rooms are set.

If you’d like a private room, you’ll have to pay for 50% of the cost which is $130. A limited number of rooms are available at this rate. You’ll select this option on your registration form.

On-Site Self-Parking Service is available at a daily fee of $35 CDN per vehicle; Off-Site Self-Parking Service is available at a daily fee of $20 CDN per vehicle. Parking expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

Consider coming early or staying on for an additional night or two. If you’d like to extend your stay at the hotel, the group rate of $175/night (CAD plus taxes) is available to you for up to three days pre/post conference. We’ll assist you in making these arrangements but you’ll pay the hotel directly.

FAQs

Can my spouse/family stay with me at the hotel? 
If your spouse/family will be in Niagara Falls with you, please make plans to join them after the conference. Hotel rooms are for conference attendees only. Other hotel options are available nearby for your family.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A hotel/airport shuttle is not available, so you’ll need to take a taxi/Uber or bus from the airport to the hotel, at your expense. We are looking into additional options and more information will be available as we get closer to the conference date.

Can special dietary needs be accommodated?
The hotel accommodates special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) to the best of their ability.
